Cancellation Policy

Some items at The Creative Flamingo may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, such as a monthly sticker club, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription option, duration, and frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each subscription order unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you may cancel it before your next billing date.

Changing or Cancelling a Subscription

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Please note that if an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still cancel future subscription orders.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made or ordered specifically for that release. Because of this, pre-orders may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been processed.

Estimated shipping or pickup timelines will be shared on the product listing whenever possible.
