Return Policy
At The Creative Flamingo, we want you to love your purchase. Each order is packed with care, and many of our products are made just for you. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible non-custom items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized orders are final sale. This includes custom stickers, apparel, drinkware, labels, decals, and any item made with a name, business logo, wording, colour choice, or personalized design.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error with your order.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email info@thecreativeflamingo.ca within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@thecreativeflamingo.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
